Taking care of our mind in addition to our body is something many of us neglect. We often find ourselves too busy with work or family life to set aside a few minutes for ourselves. When we do finally get some "me" time it tends to feel as though we're wasting precious time that could be better spent getting things done.

You don't want to keep grinding away at the day's tasks to the point where you're bottling up all of your stress to deal with at a later date. You'll eventually hit a breaking point and unleash some nasty emotions on someone or something that probably doesn't deserve it. You owe it to yourself, as well as the ones around you, to work on your mental health and de-stress.
